You keep running your races,I am so proud of your commitment to such a good thing as running. Sure beats coughing up little green meanies in the morning from those cigarettes (remember those?)

thanks! yeah, the tongue stayed in my mouth for the most part. however, a fart may have slipped out at some point. Too bad...for the folks BEHIND me!! HA HA!
